TRAVERSE Global v11.1

Audit Explorer

Use the Audit Explorer function to retrieve and sort audit data for Sales Orders, Work Orders, Production Orders, Purchase Orders, Fixed Assets, and Projects. If you set the Maintain User Log Business Rule to Yes, you can also view audit data for users, showing the applications they have accessed. The function also allows you to purge audit history to remove unnecessary entries.

Note: The Audit Explorer also audits Business Rule changes.

Each Audit Explorer activity entry is preceded by a symbol defining its status as an updated, deleted, or inserted record.

The Object column lists the TRAVERSE table name in which the audit entry can be found.

The Key Value column lists the entered value of the audit entry.

The User column displays the user ID responsible for the transaction activity.

The Session column displays the session ID during which the activity was performed.

The Time column displays the specific time that the activity occurred.

After arranging and sorting the columns how you want to view the audit information:

Use the Preview Report button to view a preview of the information as a report. To print the report, click the Print button or to export the report to a PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, Excel, CSV, Text, or Image File, click the Export Document button.

Use the Export Data button to export and save the data as an HTML, plain text, or Microsoft Excel document.
Note: Depending on the output type selected, the information may export exactly as it appears on the screen, including column widths and expanded or collapsed grouped entries.

Use the Views button to save the current parameters set for the information for viewing at a later time. You can also use the button to select, edit, or delete from the multiple saved views.

Use the Reset Layout button to reset the column headings and any sorting changes made to the information table.

Use the Purge button to purge audit records for a company.
